Mercedes Rios Sono is granted Representation and Authority In Ecuador for Hansen International.Liu, SL and Societe Gastibar

Hansen International.Liu, SL and Societe Gastibar have granted Mercedes Rios Sono, founder and head of ESISERVIS,  a Representation and Authority to act as their agent for the Junction South of the River Guayas Project in Ecuador.  She has been authorized by Hansen and Societe Gastibar to negotiate on their behalf with the Government of the Republic of Ecuador, including its President, Legislative Bodies, Agencies  and Ministries.    This relationship does much to broaden these companies’ ability to execute its projects in Ecuador,  given Mercedes Rios Sono’s impressive track record and organizational skills.

As an international business consultant in Ecuador, Mercedes Rios Sono , has played a key part in facilitating various large scale investment projects in the South American country since 1985.  Especially skilled in the area of mining and oil exploration, Ms. Rios Sono has been instrumental in obtaining both private and public financing for projects that would have otherwise stalled.

Mercedes Rios has an MBA from INCAE, Latin-America’s premiere business school as well as a Bachelor of Science from Ecuador’s prestigious University of Guayaquil.   ESISERVIS is a Guayaquil-based company that, since 1985, has served as an intermediary and broker for various large-scale projects ranging from agroindustrial to mining and oil exploration.
